Due to ongoing staff shortages in the veterinary industry, we have changed the way that we deliver after-hours and emergency veterinary advice to all our pet patients. Unfortunately, current staff shortages due to illness mean that from the beginning of December to the end of January , we will be unable to provide an in-clinic after-hours service. We have made arrangements with an emergency clinic in Melbourne Advanced VetCare 03 and Geelong Geelong Animal Emergency 03 that can take calls and help if you have an emergency with your pet. You will also have the option of being able to speak to a qualified VetCheck Vet via a video consultation charges apply. The VetCheck Vet will give you the advice and peace of mind that you need and let you know if you need to attend an emergency veterinary centre straight away, or if it can wait until we are open for an in-clinic appointment.
