It will join immediately without the need of negotiation. While it cannot be equipped and used like a normal Persona, it will be registered in the compendium , granting the protagonist easy access to its wide range of multi-target attack skills through fusion. When itemized via Electric Chair execution in the Velvet Room , Regent yields the Regent accessory, which increases Strength by 3 and grants the Critical Rate up med effect to the wearer.
