Featuring a cafe and a nursery of sorts, the youngest arm of the Empire empire acts as a one-stop shop for all your living needs. Owners Jill and Perry Coleman are behind the well-known chain, but daughter Elissa Coleman runs this show. Being an old building previously Bunnings it underwent a six-month revamp to maximise the natural light and size, including a new roof and floors. You can even pick up some DIY tools, such as Bauwerk paint, to help transform your home. The Empire Cafe makes for a great midweek meeting spot. The coffee is decent and there are sweet treats to tide you over while you make interior-related decisions.
