Two and a Half Men was great, at least for a while. The show follows a carefree bachelor living in Malibu whose debauched life gets disrupted by the sudden arrival of his recently divorced younger brother and his year-old son. Two and a Half Men lasted twelve seasons, although it changed protagonists in season 9 and descended into self-parody by its final season. Still, during its heyday, the show produced several stellar episodes. Commercial jingle writer Charlie Harper series star Charlie Sheen is a wealthy bachelor with a house at the beach, a Jaguar in the garage and an easy way with women. But his Malibu lifestyle is interrupted when his uptight chiropractor brother, Alan series star Jon Cryer , arrives unexpectedly with Alan's year-old son, Jake series star Angus T. Alan's wife, Judith series star Marin Hinkle , suspecting that she may be gay, wants a divorce. Charlie reluctantly allows Alan and Jake to live with him temporarily, but as it becomes increasingly obvious that Judith is never going to relent, Charlie and Alan's self-obsessed, controlling unmarried mother, Evelyn series star Holland Taylor , offers to let father and son live with her. However, by that time, Charlie has formed a close bond with the clever Jake, even learning a few things about poker from the boy. Charlie also finds out that pretending to be a single dad with a cute kid can be a great lure for women.

On March 13, , Two and a Half Men was renewed for a 12th season, which was announced the following May to be the final season, [1] and premiered on October 30, Each episode's title is a phrase spoken by one of the characters in that episode. The three exceptions are the pilot episode and the episodes "Alan Harper, Frontier Chiropractor" season 1 and "Frankenstein and the Horny Villagers" season 2. The latter episode does fit the criterion, but the quote was part of a deleted scene which Chuck Lorre explains in the episode's vanity card. Charlie states "I'm not going to face all those pre-pubers without a snootful", but the number twenty-five is never mentioned. Jake actually asks "Who is this Vod Kanockers that you speak of?
