The Scion of Ethiron is a boss encountered at the end of the second floor of the Eternal Gale. It is tied to Ethiron , acting as a sort of guardian to it. After being woken by a swirling ball of purple energy, it takes the form of a skeletal monster whose body is missing the pelvis and below. The ribcage is filled by purple feathers. The skull is tetrahedron-like, with a purple-pink hue and a yellow fiber protruding from each of the four corners. Between the sternum and clavicle, there is a large red circle. It utilizes a variety of attacks in combat. Notably, it can summon large bones and direct them towards its targets, while also being able to directly conjure bones below its targets to impale them. In addition, It can cast a purple beam of energy towards its target, or alternatively, use the same energy to create a swirling sphere that disorientate its target. Alternatively, the Scion of Ethiron may channel said swirling sphere with a great amount of energy before releasing it, obliterating anything in its area of effect. Upon defeat, five chests containing Kyrsan Medallions will respawn in random areas on Floor 2.

The Scion of Ethiron is often said to be extremely difficult, when in reality the opinion comes due to lack of experience. Regardless, it's ultimate is undoubtedly it's most deadly attack. Will wake to this world Despite having a lot of control in the Second Layer, showing how in the first floor, the Eternal Gale, is constantly showing its effects, some other powers of Ethiron have less effects in certain parts of Layer 2, for example the time dilatation effects can only be seen in Floor 2 and in the Cathedral of Ethiron in the Second Floor in the weakest way. This boss can be quite intimidating upon first glance at its sheer size. It also has a blind attack but pay this little to no mind. Ethiron seemingly emits a fog known as Mist Presence, which eventually brainwashed them and the Lost Divers into worshipping them and devoting themselves to helping the Scion of Ethiron grow. It is wise to wait for the for the moment it launches the attack before attempting to evade it, which is signaled by the lack of sound from the attack. The same will happen if dodged or if they hit a wall. Start a Wiki. Note: You are unable to dodge properly when holding a bone. It can also use a similar attack, but unlike the previous one, the bones will move in a wave like formation in a circle around the floor. There will be a bone missing from 1 pillar on each floor, thus requiring you to find them and replace them, although much more quickly. The interval in between each bone is the same though, so once you get the rhythm down it should be smooth sailing from that point. It's recommended you learn to parry them if you don't have a lot of posture to spare.

Ethiron seemingly emits a fog known as Mist Presence, which eventually brainwashed them and the Lost Divers into worshipping them and devoting themselves to helping the Scion of Ethiron grow. Trying to kill those Ice Lancers doesn't guarantee your death, but it isn't the preferred way since the time you have is very limited and the chance of you dying is high. Their powers appear to be total control of the Eternal Gale and any forms of gale, mind control, specially in Floor 2 showing how the Mist Presence produced by Ethiron controls the Krysgarde, the Lost Divers and the ability of time manipulation. Getting hit will fling you into the air, ragdolling you in the process. Ethiron, the Eye of Calamity. If on the third floor, do note that the attack will NOT collide with the floor and will still go straight for you. Keep in mind that dodging late will make you take a bit of damage and dodging early will wipe you instantly. Due to its sheer size, they're also quite slow, allowing more leeway to react. It is strongly advised that if you are playing with teammates and have defeated the boss, you STAY AWAY from each other as you attempt to escape the city. Does fairly high damage. If the boss is being beaten alone, this may take cycles depending on the build of the player. This boss can be quite intimidating upon first glance at its sheer size. This will lock onto you, and you have to parry it. Villains Wiki.
