The dresses came quickly, with an additional discount at the time, and in excellent condition. Another was the wrong size, the returns for this was easy and refund in my account quickly. However, please note it is worth buying the size up!! Wouldnt hesitate to buy again, thank you to all the CS I spoke to! Date of experience: 08 November Best customer service experience ever! The staff were quick, friendly and efficient. Poor sizing, poor return process I ordered 2 dresses according to the sizing on the website. I also got the refund within a week of sending it back.
