F45 is a gym franchise with locations in the United States and around the globe. The "F" in F45 stands for functional training and "45" is the length of the workout in minutes. The company describes itself as "a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. As an introductory offer, Titan Recreation is opening unlimited F45 classes up to all Student Recreation Center members students, faculty, and staff for free between August 15 and September 4, These free classes will focus on those new to F45 and will ramp up in intensity as the semester continues.
