Personally, I quite like both Zhuge Liang and Waver, so this is one of my favorite servants. Gameplay-wise, Waver is interesting in that he will probably start off as a pretty bad servant and gradually become arguably the best offensive support servant in the game. Investing in him may be a pain in the short-term, but in the long run it will be well worth it.
