I need to speak to someone who can resolve my issue of still being charged when I had barely any service, among other things. I just found out about this 'office of the president' and this is my last attempt to get this resolved before I go to the CCTS. Like many others here, I am sick to death of repeating my issue over and over and over again only to have someone say yeah, I can't help you with that.
