October I was a Fido customer until 2 years ago that I switched to a different carrier. On Sep 27, I got a call from the Fido winback team and offer me a great deal on the phone and plan, I accepted offer and ordered two phones and activate 2 lines, and I was told I should get confirmation emails in days. There's no email 3 days later and I called Fido customer care and the customer service told me the Winback team didn't put down the colour but was happy to put down the note on the colour and I should get confirmation soon. Waited another week but no emails either, called customer care again on Oct 7, and I was told the phone was back-ordered and I should get confirmation by the end of the week of Oct Still had nothing on Oct 15 so I made another customer care call, this time the agent told me the order was declined since the winback didn't put down the credit card info on my order, and created case to have Winback call back in 48 hours. Today Oct 19, I got the call back from Winback team and gave the winback agent the credit card info, clarified the colour I want, and I received the confirmation email for just one phone.

November I accepted the offer and the phone deal plus a bill credit offer to negate the downpayment.. Gave my driver's license number and credit card number which i still worry about. I also gave consent for credit check. I was told to wait for hours for email delivery confirmation. CS agent said they don't have my email address on my new account they have setup. CS agent said she will input my email address and this agent said she will send a message to winback team to "finalize" the deal. CS told me winback will callback in hours. That same day, I was at Apple store to pick up a phone I bought for my daughter. Apple rep had ask me if I would need a phone for myself. I answered that I am just finalizing an offer from winback team about an iphone deal and a plan. Apple rep was kind enough to offer help by contacting Fido on my behalf and see if I can get the phone thru them while I am there already. After, few minutes Apple rep told me that the person she spoke with from Fido could not do anything from the winback team and I should just wait for them to get back to me. I called custoner service number and I was only told to try the store to see if they can help. The sales person at the store was rude and I was told "everything will take forever".

December I transfered over to a different provider a few days ago and received and email from Fido with regards to someone reaching out to me. I received two calls today from Fido winback team and for some reason every time I answer the call it hangs up. Is there another way to reach the winback department? Go to Solution. March I was supposed to get a winback call which I did but it was supposed to be from a supervisor.

I was given a chance to choose between e-sim card or the physical simcard and she referred me to get the e-sim card so I dont have to wait for the physical simcard in order to start using their service RIGHT AWAY.
