Anyone else experience this big problem with Fish Tales Fly Shop? I have been in there a number of times recently as well I am signed up with them to go fishing down in Cuba. Every time I go in there they bend over backwards to help me out. I get exceptional service and help answering all my questions. From flies and fly tying equipment to help sending in rods for warranty repairs to reel servicing to clothing and equipment purchases. Regardless what my needs or questions are the staff their are extremely keen to help you out. This creates a huge problem because you start to expect the same level of service elsewhere. It is impossible to find. What ever happened to this quality service elsewhere. I certainly appreciate it and will keep going back. Their orientation session for our Cuba trip was helpful.

The slower waters mean more aquatic insects and other food sources for the fish. I get exceptional service and help answering all my questions.
