Fitbit app issues

The latest app update for my charge 5 is just awful.

Any ideas? Happy new year to all!! I have had the same issue today. I turned my phone off and powered back up and now my Fitbit app is working correctly and updated. I'm having issues today as well. I can't get the app to sync and it says it hasn't synced since yesterday morning. So, it's showing only about steps for yesterday and zero for today.
