I personally have them turned off but I've just checked the App and can tell you where to find the settings for it. Go to the Today screen in the App on your phone. Tap your profile picture, then Charge 5. There's also an option to get notifications from the App itself. Just went through this with my wife's last night. For something that is "new" there are a whole lot of bugs.
