Pressed appropriate buttons to reset and all I get are vertical colored lines. Been trying for the entire half hour. I purchased a versa in March It worked well until about two months ago. Over the last 60 days it started to report my resting heart rate to be much lower than it really is. Then I turnedIt off completely and it would never turn on.
