They were consistently rude and unprofessional, which caused us great embarrassment and made us feel uncomfortable throughout the journey. The behavior of the flight staff not only affected our overall travel experience but also caused significant distress and inconvenience. As a result, we made the difficult decision to intentionally not take the return flight back on February 2nd, Instead, we opted to book a flight with another airline to ensure a more pleasant journey.
