Staff was knowledge about cross contamination and had a separate gluten free menu. I loved the gluten free menu, there were a lot more options than I had thought and the food was delicious. Separate GF menu. BUT, server mixed up two burgers in our party of 12—one burger was GF, the other was a wheat bun. A family member visually caught the mistake before the celiac ate.

The burger was good, on an Udi's bun, but with so much food I didn't come close to finishing it! I had the broiled chicken meal, and the chicken was a little dry.
