ViP should be on the floor and genral addmission up on the steps.. There's no reason for us to not even being able to hear the artists correctly when they're on the stage. We weren't even able to hear the music while the pauses so i think that really turned off a lot of people. The fact that we had 5 minutes pauses and not even being able to go the bathroom between artists. Disappointed by the fact that they haven't been able to bring in el alfa but whatever i guess. Other than that the artists really gave their best and it was awesome thanks to them and no one else.

The Festival is really well organized, follows schedule on time only unfortunate thing was Sech didn't actually come. They share all details of how to get there, security protocols. They show in general was good, the artist this year was amazing but very bad organize, bathroom to far of everything same as food trucks, if you was near of the front show and you wanted to go to the bathroom was imposible to get back to where you was. The lineup was truly amazing, all the artists were on point. There should be more sitting areas and places with shade. Overall was nice. The artists were on time and the shows were amazing. However, the organisation was not that well, as it was weird that we had to queue to go front stage and then couldn't go back freely to the restauration area. There was no water in the pit, they were only selling alcohol, and we couldn't get it at the fountains as they told us we can come back if we go out of the pit. Next year sell water plz. Loved the show and the artists, there was more washrooms and more food trucks and bars so less waiting in line, the entry process was quicker. It was so much fun! Great to lower the price on drinks if we reuse the glasses. Room for improvement: -We received the guidelines for the bag sizes 2 days before not allowing enough time to prepare, and to end up seeing people getting in with bigger bags that were not see through.

The DJ that played in between the artists was AWFUL, the volume was pretty low and he didn't know how to mix guaracha and reggaetton properly.

We had to go past the restaurants area to get water and access the portable potties and we couldn't get back to our friends because security wasn't allowing access to come back to the stage floor. Make water and toilets accessible in every areas of the venue. Allow people to sit on the floor. More piknik tables and rest areas like Osheaga shadow, hammocks, benches, bean bags The plastic tiles on the concrete was a great thought though, more comfortable for our feet and less heat.
