Tracy was born on August 12, and grew up in the small town of Linwood. She marched to the beat of her own drum right from the get-go. Anyone who knew 'Fred', knew she had a zest for life and playful spirit. She had been on many different adventures in her lifetime, but her most treasured adventure of all was when she became a mother. Tracy will be sorely missed by her daughter Sarah Sandy Mills, and her two cherished grandbabies Simon and Ruby. Predeceased by her parents Bill and Joan Sherrer. Tracy had spent the last 11 years living in Stratford with her beloved dogs 'Bugg' and 'Snoop' before moving back to Elmira to be closer to Sarah. She always made friends wherever she went and will be missed by many. Wellesley, on Tuesday, October 17 from and p. Mass will be held at St. Father I. Koziak SAC officiating. Special thanks to her friend Sharon, and the staff at Barnswallow Place for their care and compassion over the last few months.
