The result is amazing: we tried their tasting menu that included several dishes with, again, local products made with great skill and passion and paired with amazing wines — from white to red, making a pass through the great orange wine, which is made with white grapes but fermented with the skin inside. Some of the dishes we had: Russian shrimp salad paired with a great white wine and pork belly cooked at low temperature — that one was simply amazing.
