This study is a case study with the participation of 25 students and 11 teachers who are the project partners. In the study, a teacher and student interview form consisting of open-ended questions developed by the researcher-teachers was used as a data collection tool. The views of teachers and students were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. As a result of the research, the opinions of the participants about traditional children's games revealed that children from different cultures and speaking different languages met on a common ground by communicating with the unifying and universality feature of traditional games. In this study, it has been seen that although the names of traditional children's games are different in line with the opinions of the participant students and teachers, they are quite similar in terms of the rules of the game, the age group it addresses, and the game material used. Thanks to the intercultural interaction of traditional children's games, it creates awareness in students about cultural heritage and different cultures, arouses curiosity, is fun and interesting, and students share values such as love, respect, cooperation, cooperation, sharing, friendship, obeying the rules, team spirit, and being patient. It has been concluded that traditional children's games can contribute positively to the development of students in every respect, so that they improve their mental, communication and language, social and emotional skills.
