The GHC Select Plan gives individuals and employer groups of any size their choice of our five full-service, high-quality primary care clinics in and around Madison. You can easily find a primary or specialty care provider in the GHC Select Network by clicking the button below. Our Provider Search tool will first ask you to choose your network. Then you can view and choose from available providers. If you need specialty care, you have access to outstanding specialty services at our GHC-SCW-owned and operated clinics. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, visit one of the hospital emergency rooms participating in the GHC Select Plan Network.
