Does anyone happen to know what if anything determines when a world quest gives you gold and when it does not? I have 7 level 70 toons, and 4 of them have 6 world quests for gold, and 3 of them only have 2 world quests that give gold. Not maxed on rep, then bonus rep for you. I have no proof, but this seems to be what my characters have experienced. Some characters will get gear, others will get gold, others will get rep.
