Goodr sunglasses review
I mean We call it PESs, or performance enhancing sunglasses. If it was already a thing, now it's better. You're welcome.

When we started selling Goodr sunglasses at Kit Radar, I was so taken with them and I just found out that The Run Experience list them as a favourite too! Love those guys! I decided I had to try a pair for myself to see if they really lived up to the hype. Being a flamboyant crazy haired kind of running lady, I obviously went for one of the super brightly coloured pairs, but whether you're into super bright colours or prefer something a bit more sedate there is pair out there for you!

When it comes to lens quality, the Beelzebub's Bourbon Burpees lenses are just okay. They're a grey lens with a mirror finish, giving them a neutral hue rather than the contrast-enhancing properties of more advanced lenses — or just plain brown lenses. Though mirror coatings typically help reflect even more light, the BAMFGs are just "average", "fine", and "okay" in bright light. However, that mirror coating does seem to pick up fingerprints incredibly fast. They're not hard to clean off, but we found ourselves cleaning these sunglasses a LOT. We're also unimpressed by the amount of reflection on the backs of the lenses. The lack of anti-glare coating is exacerbated by how far away from our faces they sit and how wide the lenses are, leaving plenty of extra room on the edges to clearly see what's behind you or examine the hair follicles on your face. Weighing 27 grams, these shades are about the average weight among sports models we tested. They have a silicone piece that forms both nose pads and stretches over the bridge of the nose, as well as textured silicone on the ends of the bows. While all of this sounds fine in principle, we just don't love how they feel. Some testers found the top of the bridge to be too tight, some found the silicone nose pads to be too hard, and some didn't like how the little silicone circles on the bow feel on the skin above the ears or when pulling through hair. Overall, they're not a bad-feeling pair of glasses, but we aren't big fans of all the little details that are supposed to make them better but end up detracting from our experience wearing them. The polycarbonate frames are reasonably thick, with full-width integrated standard hinges that can easily be adjusted from the bottom. The overall construction feels pretty good and we had no issues during our testing.

Style was a key appeal from day one, with lots of bold colors, styles, and shapes available. The brand is basically Cards Against Humanity in the form of a sunglass company. Making its debut at the Sea Otter Classic was a new style and a new segment for the brand called the Wrap G. Offered in six different frame-and-lens combos, the Wrap G is much more dramatically curved than anything Goodr has offered to date, with generous coverage both side to side and top to bottom for more protection when moving at higher speeds. Polarized lenses are used across the board, along with co-molded rubber temple ends and interchangeable non-slip nosepieces to fine-tune the fit two are included. For this review, I went with two models: Extreme Dumpster Diving, with a matte clear frame and rose-colored lens for overcast days; and Nuclear Gnar, which combines a matte fluorescent green frame with a silver mirror-coated grey lens.

The overall fit is excellent, with a snug but not too snug hold on my narrow head, and the tightly curved frame offering a close fit around my face to block out wind and debris. These things definitely stay put.

Sunglasses do more than just protect your eyes from the sun—they also showcase your style. These sunglasses are easy to wear for long periods of time, and they fit snugly on most faces, thanks to their sturdy metal build. They come with a one-year warranty. Three Wirecutter staffers with very differently shaped heads all agreed that these aviators were the most comfortable they tried. These sunglasses are lightweight, they provide lots of coverage, and as with most of the aviators we tested, the nose pads are adjustable, so the glasses can better fit your face. These sunglasses feel well made, and we never worried about them falling apart—a good sign, especially at this price. They come with a case and a cloth for cleaning the lenses, which is a nice touch for such cheap glasses. A one-year warranty covers the frame and lenses. This style is available with 58 mm medium or 62 mm large lenses, with the latter version having an overall mm frame width, the largest of any sunglasses we tested.

While all of this sounds fine in principle, we just don't love how they feel. No Bounce. The overall construction feels pretty good and we had no issues during our testing. Their larger lenses and mirrored finish look sporty yet cool and stylish while still being fairly light and versatile. Even our moms said so!!! In general, we like the style and shape of wayfarer sunglasses. Back 9 Blackout. Performance Comparison. So for those hikers out there with average sized heads who also want to make a bit of a fashion statement, this sunglass range is a great option. And the black ones just looked super sleek and stylish aforementioned friend absolutely LOVES them too. Email client. They have the potential to be of great value to you, but this depends completely on your personal preference of fit and feel.

Like the content and want to be ahead of the curve? Especially near water, sand, and even on grass, which are all things famously on a golf course. So again this has always pushed me towards the upper end of the sunglass price range. While the BFGS fit me well, the one and only downside of these sunglasses is that they are fairly flat in profile so are inclined to let sunlight enter from the sides. These sunglasses are born out of pure happiness and joy. As Goodr is apt to do, both lenses are polarized, and I have mixed feelings on that aspect. News alert: sunglasses protect you from All the HD contrast and performance without any of the self-importance. The silicone pads help hold them in place when you need them to, but also allow them to raise off your face when you smile. We buy all the products we test — no freebies from companies. Are you in the right place? In general, we like the style and shape of wayfarer sunglasses. The best golf sunglasses have a wide variety of glorious benefits.
It not a joke!
Probably, I am mistaken.
