Shame it proved to be extremely buggy this morning. When I handed in the first quest I got the note with the directions and the Compiled Report which automatically added a quest to my log that I foolishly abandoned. Trying to get it again by using the item met a message I didn't meet the requirements making it completely undoable. Still haven't finished it. I was able to turn in the quest to Fangli after getting only the part in the Auction House and got the credit for the achievement. I tried to find the rest of it but couldn't. Now that this was posted I want to see if I can find the rest now or not Edit: So interestingly, I can see the notes around, but I can't click on them now since I've turned the quest in. Same here.
