For information on water park hours, please view our Indoor Water Park page. For the health and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow any pets into the lodge. Service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed in all areas of the resort. For the health and safety of our guests, service animals are not allowed in the pools and attractions of the water park. Cleaning fees may be added for damages to the room. We require one night's stay plus taxes and fees be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This can be paid by credit card. For reservations made over 30 days in advance, we also accept traveler's checks, money orders, and certified checks for the deposit.

The most fun for families with young children is definitely staying in one of the themed suites: Wolf Den, KidKamp and KidCabin. Bunk beds, a themed kids area and even a kids-only television make these the most requested in our family. The kind of room we use most when we travel with extended family members is the Loft Fireplace Suite. Upon check-in, all the children will be given complimentary wolf ears. They are so darling and perfect for pictures! My kids loved these and many of the kids around the resort are sporting their ears morning, noon, and night! This smart band will also act as your key to get into your room and you can add a credit card account linked to the band as well to make any purchases a breeze! The Indoor water park is open beginning at 9am most days. You can check the event calendar for the days and locations you are looking at to determine hours for each of the attractions. There are showers, lockers, and changing rooms all in the indoor water park area of the resort.
