The boss is summoned with the Bee Bee Q Medley summoning item. C Wasp Queen Research notes, which can be found in a skeleton located directly next right of the eggs used to spawn the boss. When the fight starts, the entrance to the arena is filled with paper, blocking the exit. The Wasp Queen fight is unique in that it has two concurrent phases throughout the fight: one of three damage phases, and one of four unique timed phases. Damage phases affect her damage resist, quantity of attacks, and summons while the timed phases effect her behavior throughout the fight.
