One of the staff was wrapping the table ware to be placed on the tables, she would rub each piece of table ware with her bear hands to remove spots. I think you would agree that this is unsanitary especially with the flu, Covid, etc going around. When wrapping the table ware, they should wear gloves and, if they must remove spots on the table ware, a clean towel should be used or better yet, change the wash detergent so it doesn't leave spots.
