Firstly, this trip had involved very little research and planning totally out of my comfort zone but we had a deadline to get it booked. It was light, modern, spacious and had everything we needed.

Hafan y Mor is near Pwllheli and quite far from us in Surrey, so we broke up the journey with a little break in Birmingham — a lovely excuse to extend our time away! As soon as we arrived at the Haven site we were excited. Check in was smooth, being given a time slot to arrive prior to our arrival, and as we drove to our accommodation we saw a glimpse of the activities on offer, the swimming pool slides and just the vastness of Haven Hafan y Mor. It was on a quiet road with a few other caravans of the same style and a parking space right outside.

Paid for a lodge from 3rd October to the 7th at hafan y mor lodge was filthy! Had bugs in kitchen toothpaste on walls sink ect! And wouldn't give money back despite making us leave! So Paid for 3 nights in full to be told we couldn't stay any of the nights! Rude staff! Appalling attitude to guests by staff! Haven should be ashamed! More like a block of flats that need a bomb putting to them, smelly, unclean, can't even stand up in the shower it's that small! Manager wring attitude towards her customers! This is are second visit and will be are last! Poo all over the floor in the changing rooms! Just overall disgusting! Had a fab short break very clean modern van excellent facilities. We have just came back from our holiday.

Abererch ABH. No Recycling Facilities. The only things left to mention was the night entertainment.. Everything we could have needed was there and the location was wonderful with Rabbits and Squirr At first the wave pool was closed as it looked as though they were re grouting the tiles, when that one opened though the baby pool then shut much to my daughters disappointment. We have had a lovely break but wont be returning to this site again as we have seen others in the area that we prefer. Makes you wonder if it really is wise to purchase your own van!! That said the wardens were friendly, the toilets on the touring section were immaculate and the pitches were of a reasonable size and again spotless. No Sea Views. No Recycling Facilities. Show Full Facilities. There was a lot of storage space, the twin rooms were a really good size and our main bedroom even had an ensuite toilet and dressing area. Static we had was really clean and modern and would have owned that myself any day of the week. Very, very bdedecd good!
