Only thing i wish was that they made it so the Health Conversion armor Stacks werent affected by the self damage inflicted by Combat Discipline Aura , given your already putting your self at risk taking damage on kills to heal your teammates, i dont think it should punish players further by depleting armor stacks. I totally agree. The question Pablo was answering on that post mentions explicitly Equilibrium, but he doesn't talk about it on his answer. I just hope this lack of information doesn't mean a negative answer.

Stuff like Nekros and Nezha benefit from health conversion because they make a lot of orbs. Thus they almost always have the armor buff and can be really tanky. Energy conversion is best on frames that can use "blow em up" style buttons or channel builds. I personally use one on my maim equinox and my avalanche frost. Great for room clearers. Sorry, not that helpful i suppose And Energy Conversion is useless until you can find some way of consistently getting Energy Orbs I suppose you could use The broken Sceptor but meh Energy conversion since its needed for minmaxing lots of frames with channeled abilities free power strength. I like health conversion personally, makes the best passive farmer one of the more tanky frames.

Health Orbs grant 75 Armor, stacking up to 3x. Taking damage will consume a stack after 3s. Changed Health Conversion to only remove stacks on Health damage. Previously it removed stacks on any damage, which was counterproductive when the damage was on Shields as they are not affected by Armor. The change also allows us to improve survivability in other ways, such as the increased health pool, and major Warding Halo quality-of-life buffs listed below. Mostly you'll be just picking between EC and Intensify or Augur Secrets and the difference between them would be hardly noticeable especially if you have Umbral Intensify which basically nullifies any difference , but with EC you have to trigger it first.
