Heidi Turner is a female fourth-grade student at South Park Elementary.

I love narrative in its every form. If nothing else, I love telling stories and creating spaces of and for emotional experience, reflecting the great cosmic wonder of time and space in other words, the divine comedy. Almost as soon as I started playing guitar and long before I was any good at it , I was songwriting. While most of my work has been in text-based mediums, my past work in theater and love of music-making has kept me coming back to songwriting, composing, recording, and recently production. She hosted a sleepover in "Marjorine", at which most of the "popular girls" attended, once again illustrating her popularity. She is arguably the third-most prominent female character in fourth grade, behind Wendy and Bebe. She is voiced by Jessica Makinson. Heidi has dull brown hair. She wears a lime green jacket, dark brown trousers, and red gloves. In her initial appearance in "Rainforest Shmainforest", she had black hair though it was shown as its later brown shade in various shots and wore a green sweater when she wasn't in her choir uniform. She also wears a rose hat with black, white, fuchsia accents, and a dull fuchsia flower with an orange center is also attached to it. When she gained weight, her body shape resembled Cartman's. Heidi is often sweet and socially friendly, although proving to sometimes be unkind to the point of cruelty. In "Marjorine", she initially displayed a dislike of the 'new girl' Marjorine, openly mocking her, despite later comforting Marjorine and offering her a makeover in apology of their teasing.

They briefly dated in the episode, " Doubling Heidi turner ", after Kyle convinced Heidi to break up with Cartman, heidi turner, and they develop mutual feelings for each other. When she first appeared in " Probably ", she wants to join Cartman's Church. When her father wants to take her out of it, he refers to her as Marcie. However Marcie can be someone else, and her mom and dad too. She also has different parents in "Marjorine". She had different parents in three episodes now, which were probably all mistakes.
