Seasonal, house-made sides will be prepared with the same local ingredients sold in the market. Even the real sugar sodas are sourced from a small, north Texas producer. Introduced by a mutual friend and local rancher, an experienced butcher with a heritage in the food industry and a physician with a particular fondness for butcher shops began dreaming about what they could build together for the Texoma community. Artisan butcher Pete Gonzales, who will serve as the General Manager, began searching for the ideal facility and location to serve future Texoma customers.

We were both impressed by the cleanliness, friendliness and wonderful aromas just walking in the door. All I can say about the food is "spectacular! It's getting harder to find family owned spots these days. Heritage is one of these rare gems, and they obviously take great pride in their sourcing and food. With good reason: they didn't miss!
