Passing the wait on to buyers While waiting for what HHHunt has explained as a delay which was 3 weeks caused by Dominion Power in the Watermark community located in Chesterfield, VA the builder stopped the vast majority of all construction. Buyers are being delayed beyond the estimated closing dates an additional 10 weeks in our case with zero compensation and little more than a well sucks to be you right now.
