With only two episodes of Hijack left to be released in the coming weeks, Sam and the rest of the passengers will be forced to play a role in a very powerful organization's plan to regain two of their most crucial members. With multiple countries getting involved including Iraq, Romania, and now Hungary, the threat aboard Kingdom Flight 29 is very apparent to the highest members of the United Kingdom's government and security forces. The plane is scheduled to cross into English territory with just 30 minutes left to go in the miniseries, which is portrayed in real-time over seven parts. Now knowing what they're up against, the UK Prime Minister will have to decide how to handle the incoming airborne threat. One of the biggest reveals in Hijack episode 5 is the fact that the hijackers are not working alone. Instead, they are actually hired hands being utilized by a very serious criminal organization that has threatened their lives and those of their families. In this way, the five hijackers on the flight — Stuart, Jamie, Lewis, Terry, and Jaden — are forced to stick to the plan that was established by the organized crime group or else they will put themselves and their own families in danger. The true antagonist is the powerful shadow organization that is essentially using Stuart and the other hijackers as instruments in their sinister plot. The organized crime group behind the hijacking is looking to send a message in a major way with one clear objective in mind. The people that work for them are extremely dangerous and unafraid to take the lives of others, as was shown in previous Hijack episodes in which two apparent 'cleaners' assassinated two employees of the Abu Dhabi airport in order to keep them silent. Two other armed and dangerous cleaners were able to gain entry into Sam's home by the end of Hijack episode 5, where Sam's son Kai waits for him completely oblivious of the hijacking.
