Drop down about one third of the way down the Abyss and then jump across to the left wall. You should drop down to the Lifeblood door entrance. Also: there is a fork when you are descending the blue lifeblood room in the abyss, the right path leads to the charm, but i wasnt able to take the left path, is it just a bunch of spikes to hurt you, or is there another item down there? Don't the faces lining the walls look familar? There are no other items in the Lifeblood room. As for that extra room, as Vulkax said, the faces should be similar to something you already have In the Lifeblood room, the other path just led to getting an arcane egg, if I remember correctly. The path broke back into the charm-path, so it wasn't all that important. As we said, the only things in the Lifeblood Core room are the charm and an Arcane Egg. It took me all of two seconds to see the stones and recognize the spell, use the spell, and get the upgrade. I wouldn't categorize this as a "puzzle", strictly speaking.
