Horsehead cake
A few weeks ago I made a very special cake, horsehead cake. I live in Holland so I see horses everyday.
But a necessary evil if one is to be a cake-maker. Although licking the beaters does ease the pain. I like playing with making the decorations and getting the cakes look pretty.
