The room was cozy but extremely small and so was the bathroom. The promised view over the lake was not existing and the staff close to unfriendly. We just spent a night here, the hotel was very comfortable near one of the most surreal locations I have visited. It was absolutely a nightmare. To be honest, the location of this hostel is quite good as it located just nearby the church. The bathroom was "said" to be private but it is definitely not ensuited and we discovered other guests accessing to our bathroom. The so-called double bed is combined by 2 twin beds and it is very uncomfortable to sleep in. The staff there can b The staff there can barely speak or understand English which cause a hassle to complain a waste of time. We tried to ask for directions to the bus stop for our bus, double-confirmed twice with the staff there is another lady who can speak English, just appeared on Sunday but end up missing the bus and cost us 70 euros to take a taxi cause the bus would not stop at that bus stop during Sundays! I would not recommend this hostel at all as my other friends also staying at the same time with us in El Rocio definitely has better service than us. Excellent Hotel on a superb location. Great sea view with good access to the beach.
