My primary purpose was attending a conference at Moscone Centre, and also sight seeing in and around SFO. Following are our experience No bed bugs, bed was fully comfortable. Bed is not Queen size, but Bed is not Queen size, but enough for a couple Bed linen and towels were clean and changed daily. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. They allowed a early check-in since the room was available. There were homeless people in the roads around, but this was a issue in entire city, not specific to this hotel. Also they were harmless. I even walked in the streets alone very late at night. Transport was very convenient, BART is just next to hotel. Busses and trams available just in front of hotel. Moscone centre was walking distance. However Uber parks on the road behind the hotel.
