I can t connect my ps4 controller to my pc

For whatever reason, I can't seem to get my Dual Shock 4 controller to pair up with my PC nrf plugged in. I simply get a single yellow light that fades. I've restarted my PC a few times to see if that works, no luck there. I've tried to enable it in my devices but nothing seems to change.

When I plug in either one of my two PS4 controllers to my pc to play games, the bar flashes orange to indicate they're charging but the controllers do not give any input into the pc. I have tried on multiple games and tests online. The controllers do get recognised as devices, but do not give input. The controllers do work on the PS4 and were working previously today. I've tried holding down the middle and share buttons, turning it on normally, resetting the controller, turning Bluetooth off and on again, charging the controller, restarting my PC, connecting via a USB cord, updating my drivers and my PC, taking the controller apart to make sure everything's connected - nothing. The closest I've gotten was plugging it in to my PC with the original controller, where it showed up under the Audio section in the Bluetooth menu, but no buttons seemed to be working. The controller will connect to my PS4, though. It works fine on there - all the controls work, the controller was able to charge, and nothing was broken. I've scoured the Internet trying to look for a solution, but nothing I've found so far has helped. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Microsoft Community Technical Support.
