The speakers were generally passionate, insightful and inspiring. I left feeling excited and positive about the brilliant people we have leading the fight to end VAWG. Another excellent and thought provoking event with a good mix of speakers who were all very engaging. Each of the speakers added a new layer and dimension to the subject of Levelling Up which a must for those who want to be or are a part of the decision making process. The virtual event provided an open forum for informed discussions and honest responses from the presenters. Topics were relevant to today's issues and policy and there are actions I was able to update and take back to my own team. An amazing event, extremely informative and very applicable across various areas. I felt this was an amazing opportunity to find out much more regarding research and how people are working through the COVID 19 Pandemic, I also felt this was an opportunity to discuss things with others. IGPP provide excellent quality events, targeted to specific topics in education. The virtual events run smoothly, are well organised, and the recordings are made available afterwards so that any missed content can be viewed.

Two, for the purpose of better formulation of policies, it is indispensable that once the public is enabled to understand policies, they are also able to articulate the challenges posed or solved by such policies, for it is the common public that has to live with policies formulated by the government.
