Welcomed a new pet into your family and need a veterinarian? Call us to book an appointment. We are an animal care facility located in southwestern Ontario. Established in , we proudly serve clients from Thamesford and the surrounding areas of Ingersoll, Woodstock and London. Our veterinary staff provides exemplary care and services to cats, dogs, rabbits, and pocket pets. We are honoured to serve our clients by providing compassionate care to their loyal companions. At our hospital, we provide comprehensive veterinary services throughout all stages of your pet's life. Our facility has quality equipment to provide laboratory and diagnostic testing, surgery, digital radiology, wellness exams, parasite prevention and vaccinations. All your pet's needs will be attended to whenever they visit our hospital. When your pet requires more advanced care such as complex surgeries, we will refer them to a specialist to ensure they get the care they need. Our entire staff at Banner Road Veterinary Services is well-trained and experienced in providing gentle care to animals. Three local veterinarians are in the process of creating what could be Rochester's first nonprofit emergency veterinary hospital. Isadora Marion, founder of Doorbell Vet, Dr. Bruce Ingersoll, a professor in Genesee Community College's Veterinary Technology program and a part-time veterinarian at York Animal Hospital, are working to fill an urgent need for access to veterinary care in the region. The plan, for now, is to base the practice at the Animal Hospital of Rochester at University Avenue. For almost the past two years, local pet owners have had to drive to Buffalo, Syracuse, or beyond if their pets required emergency care after 10 p. They cannot absorb Rochester's population of pets. Access to veterinary care has been a persistent problem for years, both locally and nationally. But it reached a critical point in Jan. Ingersoll, Marion, and Buck are scrambling to fill the gap by establishing Rochester Emergency Veterinary Services, the name they gave to a practice they incorporated about two weeks ago.
