Ios 17 vibration
I want to the phone to vibrate only in Silent mode, and it has been the case for every iOS version and every phone since my first iPhone 3GS, ios 17 vibration.
But despite various betas throughout the last couple of months, Apple made a change in the final version and it's causing a few people some problems. That change might not seem like a huge one for some people, but for others, it seems to be causing some big problems. The change? Apple has done away with the familiar Tri-tone message alert sound, replacing it with a new Rebound one. And it appears that the new tone just isn't going to pass muster for some people. Perhaps this is why Apple should have made the change earlier in the beta cycle so that it could get some feedback - the kind of thing betas are actually for, of course. The new tone change was made in the iOS 17 Release Candidate update that was made available a week before the update was rolled out to everyone who wanted it.

My sounds changed! Wait, I lie. If someone sends me a text, no sound.

Alongside the dozens of new iPhone features found in iOS 17, Apple also took the opportunity to update the collection of ringtone and alert sounds. The default app notification sounds have also changed. However, not everyone is a fan of the new notification sound … and iOS offers no way to change it back. Since iOS 17 has been released, iPhone customers have been voicing their thoughts about the new sound on social media. While some people are expressing enthusiasm for the new tone, others are not liking the change. Some of this merely comes down to personal preference of course, about what sounds people prefer. There is a tangible concrete complaint, though. This is truly a disaster for those who need instant notification of likes and comments. Users are saying they are missing incoming notifications as a result. The associated haptic vibration is also weaker, and harder to feel.

In iOS 17 , still in beta, Apple has added an accessibility setting that makes the haptic feedback feature activate faster than in previous versions of its mobile operating system.
