The IT Leaders Program is designed to enhance the professional and personal development of individuals who will play increasingly important management and leadership roles within itlp organizations, itlp.

We are excited to offer 2 leadership programs for ! Facilitated and administered by MOR Associates, these programs will provide participants with shared language and frameworks and a common understanding of leadership competencies. These programs are most beneficial for those with a development mindset already serving in leadership roles. Lead From Where You Are offers fully remote programming and includes five workshops over the span of 8 months. This program is most beneficial for anyone who does not have supervisory responsibilities but wants to develop their overall leadership skills. Because the program is structured over a 9-month period, I was able to practice these new methodologies and receive coaching after each session. This program will consist of 4 methods of applied learning called tracks , more detail can be found in the MOR Leaders Program information. In addition to a coach from MOR, you will be assigned a peer coach that you will meet with regularly throughout the program. In addition to a coach from MOR, you will be assigned peer and ITLP graduate coaches that you will meet with regularly throughout the program. ITLP is a unique professional development opportunity and one that requires a high level of participation and engagement, both during and after the program.

ITLP provides an opportunity for Itlp staff to travel to other participating universities and learn not only from fellow Stanford participants, itlp, but also from IT colleagues across the nation.

The Institute for Technology, Law and Policy is a collaboration between the UCLA School of Law and the Samueli School of Engineering whose mission is to foster research and analysis to ensure that new technologies are developed, implemented and regulated in ways that are socially beneficial, equitable, and accountable.
