The hotend kit of a 3d printer is an important component of a 3d printer. It consists of a positioning zone, a feeding zone, a fusing zone and an enrichment zone. The positioning zone is used for the initial positioning of the filament, so that the filament can enter the feeding zone in an accurate and smooth manner. The feed zone consists of an active gear and a driven bearing wheel with a specific gap between the two wheels, the size of which should be sufficient to allow the wire to move steadily forward under the action of the clamping friction F of the two wheels.
