Jevil is a Darkner from Card Kingdom. He is Chapter 1's bonus boss , and thus a holder of a Shadow Crystal. Jevil is a short, pudgy imp with a round gray face, elven ears, clown-like eyes with small yellow pupils and black sclerae, and a large smiling mouth with yellow, sharp teeth. He has a long, purple tongue which can be seen either when he laughs, or during some of his attacks. He has a purple tail shaped like a capital letter J. He is dressed in a purple shirt, black trousers, a black cape, green slippers, black socks, purple mittens, and a lime green and yellow jester's collar. He wears a purple and black harlequin jester hat with two small yellow bells.

I am inferencing his HP through the number of times the player must attack him. He is found on the?????? After going down a long flight of stairs, you will reach a SAVE file and be able to talk to the Jevil. At first, he cannot be seen directly, and can only be talked to through his prison's closed door. These three keys are in different locations. When talking to Jevil for the first time, he will explain that while it appears he is locked in a cell, he is actually the only free person, and that all others are the ones who are really locked away. However, he goes on to explain that he is lonely, and that he wishes for more people to be free with him. He instructs the player to find the key to open his door, noting that the "Old Shopkeeper", Seam, knows something about it. Broken Key A is handed to the protagonists by Seam in his shop, after they talk to him about Jevil. Broken Key B is found in a chest in the paper ballerina area in the Forest.

Jevil is a non-player character and an optional boss in the first chapter of 'Deltarune'. To fight him is an optional choice that the player has and in no way affects the actual storyline.

The error that didn't allow changing modes while using the generator through a third party app has been fixed. Deltarune Chaos King's expression "Defeated" is now properly capitalized. Tubertale Jack's "annoyed" expression renamed to "yelling". Chaos King was added to Deltarune with colored and colorable sprites. Jevil, like other Card Kingdom denizens, is implied to be a playing card. Improved the position and maxium sizes of the sprites that are bigger than the sprite area.
