Jill Tuck was a character from the Saw franchise. She was portrayed by Betsy Russell. Jill Tuck was the devoted wife of John Kramer , a successful civil engineer and founder of the Urban Renewal Group , a foundation dedicated to property development for needy people under the motto "Four walls build a home".
