They have several items on the menu marked gluten free. Their ribs and meats are fantastic! I personally love the ribs dry because they have so much flavor. They put something in the Cole slaw that gives it something extra and I love it. Make sure you tell them no biscuit. Staff not trained for celiac. May be safe for gluten intolerant but cross contaminations big risk. I called ahead of time to ask about their menu and the person I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me more info about the menu and I did not get sick. Great choice for BBQ! My family all has a gluten allergy including celiacs for some of us. The food was delicious! It would be nice if they had gf bread especially for those biscuits they bring out but everything we ate was very good! The waitress helped me figure out how to order from the kids menu since nothing was gf.
