Pars Kahve celebrates all things Turkish, but with a modern twist. Through its emphasis on hospitality, Pars Kahve is a home-away-from-home, kahve chester, a social space where people can come and experience Turkish cafe culture. How are you? Currently feeling a bit dejected about all of the issues going on around the world — but also trying to keep positive and enjoy living in the moment! Tell us about your background and why you brought your business to Chester. I was born and lived in Istanbul, where I eventually met my wife Holly. We lived there together for 4 years before moving over to the UK. We thought we would settle in Manchester but after visiting both places we decided that Chester suited us better!

Finding the perfect space to realise their vision, they opened the doors to Pars Kahve in August The concept for Pars Kahve came from wanting to transport people to Turkey through authentic food and hospitality while mixing this with a modern aesthetic. Situated on the historic Chester Rows the space was created as a home away from home, where people can relax and enjoy good food and company. Whatever your mood, Pars Kahve can cater to it — open every day for Kahvalti breakfast , home-style lunches and desserts as well as Friday and Saturday evenings for late night Mezze. You will also find a great selection of Turkish drinks — from coffee through to wine and beer. You can enjoy your time at Pars Kahve indoors or on the alfresco row-covered terrace. The space is also very family and dog friendly — so everyone is invited!

Adem and Holly are the husband-and-wife team behind the business venture. Originally from Istanbul, Adem has settled in Chester with his wife Holly, who is from just across the border, in Wrexham. He arrived in summer with plans to set up in business in another city.
