Found information about the hotel practically non-existent pertaining to directions within. We used the pools, but found them difficult to maneuver without steps into the pools had hanging stairs instead. Drinks were a b Drinks were a bit pricy and lounge chairs were few and far between. Chose this hotel due to the proximity to Plaza restaurants. Probably will not return. It was beautiful with the Plaza Christmas lights still on. Our only let down was that the hotel did not offer a breakfast included in the price.
