Hull, City of Kingston upon Hull. The worst internet company ever. Been with them for over ten years and now we can finally opt out and move to an actual decent providor, not this scam of a company. Sometimes the internet will go down, sometimes a phone line may crackle but they always sort it and are always helpful. They send engineers out promptly who are always happy and helpful. The business internet team are extremely helpful and have spent a lot of time helping me. I have always been pleased with the service! I had faulty router and rang to make an appointment. Went there the next day 10am, but I still had to wait around When complained about the router I was given a new one without any problems. Lightstream internet is fantastic, never had a problem and never had to call tech support with any issues, it just works. With speeds of mbps there's no room for complaint. Had lightstream installed a couple of weeks ago and has been so far so good so no complaints from me as of yet I used to hate my old broadband from them but lightstream seems to be spot on and as for people complaining of the price the way I see it you will either be paying the same you was already paying once you get lightstream or slightly more but for the speed increase which is massive mbps I don't see how people can really complain we've been paying a high price for years so should be used to it by now. Had to call Kcom recently to set up a new account and have been speaking with Mike. He has made the process really easy and is a great asset to the company.

The customer service department apparently has no form of contacting the engineering or booking department, which is understandable, but the lack of help or accountability in the customer service department is insane.
