To be honest I never expect much from fast food, its convenient for a reason, reasonably priced and quite tasty in the moment. The only thing lacking is the wait time for the Belmont branch, usually can be some time before the food is ready, if the order is correct at all and the items aren't missing. Ironically not the worst fast food I have eaten at. Always room for improvement! Customer service is rude and their chicken is dark brown and oily it made us so sick in the stomach. I'll never recommend this place to anyone. The customer service here is amazing, the staff always seem happy and have never got a messed up order, i come in weekly and im always satisfied when i see max at the counter, because he is outstanding haroo. Very nice customer service through the drive-through. Don't forget to ask ask these hard workers how their day is too. The worst store ever!
